Using this assessment and its reports

The service

The risk maturity assessment is operated by Trustview Business Consultants (“Trustview”). The free assessment produces a summary of your organisation’s risk maturity. The full report is a paid product (R4,500, excluding taxes) unlocked with a single-use access code issued by Trustview.

Nature of the results

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the report, results reflect a self-assessment based on the information you provide and have not been independently validated by Trustview. Reports are provided for risk assessment purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, audit or professional advice. A Trustview-validated rating is only issued through our Validated or Facilitated assessment services.

Licence and restrictions

A purchased report is licensed to the named organisation for its internal use (including its board, management and professional advisers). You may not resell, redistribute, publish or make the report available to third parties, remove notices from it, or represent a self-assessed rating as independently validated. Access codes are single-use, non-transferable and expire on the date stated when issued.

Access and availability

Report access is available for the period stated with your access code. Download your report copy promptly. We may suspend or withdraw access in the event of misuse or non-payment.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trustview’s liability in connection with the assessment and its reports is limited to the amount paid for the report concerned. Decisions taken on the basis of a report remain the responsibility of the organisation and its directors.
