Who we are
Trustview Business Consultants (“Trustview”) operates this risk maturity assessment. Trustview is the responsible party for the personal information described below. For anything relating to your information, contact info@trustview.co.za.
What we collect, and when
Your assessment answers are processed in your browser to calculate your results; they are not sent to our servers while you complete the assessment. We only collect information if you request your full report, namely: your work email address, your organisation’s name, the country and industries you selected, your overall maturity score, and your consent choices.
Why we collect it
We use this information to produce and deliver your report and to respond to your enquiries. If you separately opted in, we may also contact you about Trustview’s risk advisory services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is held
Lead details are stored in our secured cloud database and emails are delivered through our email service provider; both act as operators processing the information on our instructions. Access is limited to authorised Trustview personnel.
How long we keep it
We keep lead records for as long as needed for the purposes above, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or by law.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw a consent you previously gave (including the optional marketing consent). Email info@trustview.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Cookies and local storage
The assessment stores your progress in your own browser’s local storage so you can resume where you left off; this stays on your device. We use an essential session cookie for administrator login only. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
